A purpose-built Public-Private Partnership (P3) has been designed to foster collaboration between the Virgin Islands Port Authority, SkyCity, and project stakeholders at all stages of the redevelopments to ensure that both airports receive state-of-the-art upgrades that reflect the unique USVI culture and heritage.

Concepts Approved
The Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority approved the concept for a new terminal building at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St.Croix.
Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Virgin Islands Port Authority Board Chairman Willard John, and VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe introduced VIports Partners at a joint press conference held at Government House in St. Thomas.
